✅ What We're Looking For
- Strong React and TypeScript experience
- Full stack development capabilities
- Fluent German
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Product-minded with strong ownership mentality
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience
- Experience with AI products, databases, or complex B2B platforms is a plus
