About the Role:
We're recruiting for 2 AI roles for a client who's accelerating their AI journey and building out their engineering capability - two roles, one team, reporting into the NorthStar program. Perm or contract available for both.
AI Engineering Team Leader/Exec
Looking for a leader who can make AI adoption real across the entire SDLC — not just introducing tools, but transforming how engineering teams work.
What you'll bring:
- Proven track record driving 30%+ productivity gains leading engineering teams to adopt AI
- Strong engineering leadership and people leadership — this is a team lead role, not a senior IC
- Deep AI engineering methodology, not just tool familiarity
- Hands-on fluency with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot/GitHub
AI Engineers
Looking for hands-on builders who want to work inside an AI-augmented SDLC.
What you'll bring:
- Practising AI/ML engineer — a builder role, not leadership
- Comfortable working with Claude Code, GitHub, and an AI-augmented dev workflow
