As a founding hire, you will bridge the gap between complex agentic systems and human users. You'll own the entire product surface, crafting a calm, magical user experience while shipping production-ready code. What You Will Do
- Build and ship the product surface end-to-end using React and React Native while maintaining a sophisticated design system.
- Conduct UX research with design partners to translate behavioral insights into polished, functional features that drive user trust.
- Lead product growth initiatives by analyzing metrics to optimize onboarding, virality, and time-to-value for a global user base.
