One of our clients is seeking a talented Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their growing litigation practice, with a focus on Commercial, Regulatory & Public Law.
📍 Locations: San Francisco, CA | Newport Beach, CA | Alexandria, VA | West Palm Beach, FL | Austin, TX
💼 Position: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Permanent
💰 Compensation: $175,000 DOE
🔹 What You'll Do
• Manage cases and litigation matters with increasing independence
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs
• Conduct and oversee written discovery and motion practice
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client strategy sessions
• Work closely with partners on litigation strategy and case development
• Analyze evolving statutory and regulatory frameworks
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and regulators
🔹 What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court
• Experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent professional judgment and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Active Bar membership in the applicable state, or ability to obtain admission promptly
• Experience with a leading law firm, litigation boutique, or government practice preferred
• Judicial clerkship or government experience is a plus
