You bill at the top of your desk and you have no interest in managing anyone - you want to be paid like the best individual biller in the room, not handed a team as a reward. Pack GTM's Principal seat is exactly that: our most senior individual-contributor desk, no management, uncapped potentials. You'd run a €400k+ personal desk in a niche that's barely contested, carry your own clients, and take home OTE €130–150k+ doing the one thing you're best at.

Pack GTM places AEs, SDRs, sales leaders, and CS talent into some of the most ambitious B2B SaaS companies across DACH. We're founder-led, profitable, and bootstrapped - no red tape, no layers between you and the work. The German SaaS market is forecast to approach €20bn this year, and there are still almost no true specialists in this niche. You'd own a specialist desk with more warm, quality demand than we can currently service.
🎯 The Role
- Run a full 360 desk end-to-end: your clients, your candidates, your numbers
- Carry a principal billing benchmark (€400k+ personal) with the autonomy to hit it
- Develop your own clients - from a genuine advantage, not a standing start
- Own commercial terms and delivery quality on every search you run
- Set the individual-contributor bar others measure themselves against
