Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Forward Deployed Engineer to support mission-critical technology initiatives in the Washington, DC area. .Key Responsibilitie
- sCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business and operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- .Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and applications
- .Build and support data integration, transformation, and data modeling solutions
- .Develop analytical applications and features using Palantir Foundry
- .Design and maintain data pipelines, ontologies, and workflows within the Foundry platform
- .Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- .Support CI/CD processes, automated testing, deployments, and production releases
- .Troubleshoot application and data issues while implementing enhancements and system improvements
- .Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures
- .Validate data quality and ensure solutions meet business requirements
- .Work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
.Required Qualification
- sActive Secret Security Clearance is required
- .Hands-on experience building data pipelines, ontologies, applications, and dashboards
- .2–5+ years of software engineering, data engineering, or related experience
- .Strong SQL skills
- .Experience with data modeling and data integration
- .Experience with Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar programming languages
- .Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- .Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business users or stakeholders
- .Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
.Preferred Qualification
- sExperience supporting government or other highly regulated environments
- .Experience with cloud-based data platforms
- .Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices
- .Strong communication and collaboration skills
- .Ability to independently deliver production-ready features and technical solutions
