Job Summary:
We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques. You will work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to build AI-powered applications that enhance automation, content generation, and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models such as GPT, BERT, Stable Diffusion, and other transformer-based architectures.
- Implement machine learning algorithms and natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text, image, and audio generation.
- Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Work with large datasets to train AI models effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into applications and services.
- Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and deep learning.
- Ensure AI solutions align with ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML with a focus on Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience working with transformer-based architectures like GPT, BERT, T5, or Stable Diffusion.
- Hands-on experience in model training, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment.
- Familiarity with MLOps and AI model lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multi-modal AI (text, image, and speech processing).
- Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Exposure to APIs and microservices for AI model integration.
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
