What you’ll do
- Review candidates who respond to outreach.
- Run a quick vet by call to confirm fit.
- Manage candidate updates, scheduling, follow-up, and handoffs.
- Keep your pipeline organized and moving.
Fully remote and flexible, with roles assigned based on fit. Independent-contractor arrangement, not an employee position.
Requirements
- Prior recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or similar) and demonstrated ability to vet candidates and run a pipeline.
- Strong candidate communication and follow-through.
- Able to manage multiple active candidates without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable with commission-only, placement-based compensation.
- Maintain at least 3 active candidates across assigned roles and deliver at least 1 qualified submission every 2 weeks per active role.
- 30-day pipeline-activity and 90-day results checkpoints.
This is not a client-development, cold-calling, or sourcing-list-building role.

Time-zone requirements: Flexible; able to support assigned candidates during U.S. business hours
