Your missions
- Act as lead analyst on projects including Health Economics (CEM, BIMs, cost-calculator, etc.) and HTA submissions
- Interact with clients to understand their needs
- Identify optimal methodological solutions to address client needs
- Lead implementation of solutions and development of high-quality deliverables
- Lead client meetings
- Act as project manager on Health Economics and HTA projects
- Serve as main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate work of internal team members
- Represent company expertise in presentations, conferences, and external events; contribute to proposal preparation
- Provide management and technical support to team members within Health Economics and Market Access department
- Coach junior team members (guidance on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development)
- Deliver on a cluster of projects within the Health Economics and HTA team
- Act as Project Manager, Lead Analyst, and/or technical advisor on specialty projects
- Ensure optimal staffing and quality of deliverables within your cluster
- Set standards of excellence and transmit know-how to project teams and delivery managers under your supervision
- Support development of project extensions or proactive creation of opportunities with existing clients
- Support development of proposals within area of expertise [doc3]
Your profile
- Experience in Health Economics and HTA: minimum 4 years
- Advanced degree in Health Economics, Biostatistics, or similar fields (minimum MS degree or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Excel/VBA; R is a plus
- Strong knowledge of health economics and experience with HTA submissions in key markets
- Project organization and management experience
- Experience in project team supervision and leadership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude
- Fluent English; French or any additional language is a plus
