Your Missions:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of project activities and milestones.
- Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and reporting artifacts.
- Prepare and facilitate project status meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Consolidate and analyze project data to provide accurate status reporting and management insights.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment across workstreams.
- Support change management and project governance processes.
- Assist with resource planning, capacity tracking, and project financial monitoring when required.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and organizational best practices.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Project Management, or related roles (3+ years).
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and governance practices.
- Experience managing project schedules, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
- English and Japanese fluent.
