How you will create an impact:

- You lead and further develop Simon-Kucher’s global ESG engagement ecosystem, including our international ESG Captains network, ensuring alignment of local initiatives, volunteering activities, donations, and social impact programs with the firm’s ESG strategy.

You own and continuously develop Simon-Kucher’s global pro-bono portfolio, including partner management, project governance, impact measurement, and reporting.

You build and maintain strategic relationships with nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, foundations, and other external partners to maximize social impact and create meaningful engagement opportunities for our employees.

You design and implement global employee engagement initiatives that strengthen ESG awareness, foster a culture of responsibility, and encourage participation in sustainability and social impact activities across the firm.

You lead the planning and execution of global ESG-related events and campaigns, including initiatives such as our annual Impact Week.

You define, track, and evaluate engagement and social impact KPIs, ensuring transparent measurement of outcomes and continuous improvement of programs and initiatives.

You contribute to the annual ESG reporting process by providing program data, impact assessments, and stakeholder insights related to employee engagement and social impact activities.

You independently manage strategic ESG projects and initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, stakeholder alignment, timely execution, and measurable impact.

About you:

-
A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree in Sustainability, ESG, Corporate Responsibility, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.

-
You bring at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, corporate citizenship, or social impact functions, including hands-on responsibility for ESG-related programs, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, or reporting activities.

-
You have at least 3 years of experience independently managing global or multi-country ESG programs, stakeholder networks, or engagement initiatives or social impact activities.

You possess a strong understanding of ESG principles, social impact frameworks, and sustainability-related reporting and measurement.

You have experience collaborating with nonprofit organizations, foundations, social enterprises, or other impact-focused partners.

You are skilled at managing stakeholders across functions, geographies, and organizational levels and can independently drive initiatives from concept to implementation.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

You are a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated commitment to sustainability and social impact.
