Senior Knowledge Management Associate
In Poland - Warsaw
We are looking for a Senior Knowledge Management Associate to join our global Knowledge Management team with a strong focus on the Financial Services sector. In this role, you will combine hands-on content sanitization responsibilities with core knowledge management activities, supporting consultants and sector teams with high-quality, compliant, and easily accessible knowledge assets.
You will work closely with Financial Services stakeholders, contribute to request-driven knowledge support, and help ensure that firm knowledge is accurate, up to date, and aligned with Simon-Kucher standards. The role reports to the Global Director Knowledge Management and offers broad exposure across sector, service line, and firm-wide KM initiatives.
The salary for this position ranges from PLN 11 500 to PLN 12 500 gross per month under an employment contract (UoP), depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.

How you will create an impact:
- Complete and apply firm-specific sanitization standards for text, visuals, and metadata.
- Sanitize project materials (primarily PowerPoint and Word), ensuring removal of client-sensitive content and compliance with firm templates and visual guidelines.
- Ensure high accuracy, consistency, and quality of all sanitized deliverables.
- Track and incorporate feedback, continuously improving quality and efficiency.
- Act as a key contact for request-driven knowledge support for the Financial Services sector.
- Support consultants in navigating and applying KM processes and tools (e.g. SharePoint, ChatGPT-based KM solutions).
- Own and maintain selected Financial Services knowledge products, ensuring content hygiene, version control, and relevance.
- Identify knowledge gaps and contribute to the development of knowledge maps and structured sector content.
- Collaborate closely with sector teams and global KM colleagues to improve findability, usability, and adoption of knowledge assets.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with consultants and stakeholders across levels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of KM processes, standards, and tools.
- Take on additional KM or sanitization-related tasks as needed within the team.
Your profile:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in knowledge management, consulting support, research, or a related role.
- Strong business-level communication skills in English.
- Experience working with PowerPoint, SharePoint, and content-heavy knowledge environments.
- High attention to detail and strong quality mindset, particularly when handling sensitive client content.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle parallel requests.
- Clear, solution-oriented communication style and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in or exposure to Financial Services topics is a strong advantage.
