Join our dynamic global ESG department as a Global Senior ESG Manager – Engagement & Partnerships! Our internal Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) team plays a key role in Simon-Kucher’s commitment to social and environmental goals that go beyond profit maximization, building relationships with internal teams and external entities. Ultimately, you will help ensure we stay committed to sustainability and social impact.
The salary for this position ranges from PLN 18 00 to PLN 23 000 gross per month under an employment contract (UoP), depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.

- Manage the end-to-end Technology Demand Intake and Risk Assessment process for new technologies, platforms, tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Assess security, compliance, operational, vendor, and architecture risks; identify mitigation strategies and recommend risk treatment decisions.
- Prepare executive-ready reports and present findings to IT leadership, governance boards, and risk committees.
- Partner with Security, IT, Architecture, Procurement, Legal, Privacy, Audit, and business stakeholders to evaluate and approve technology solutions.
- Ensure new technologies comply with security policies, controls, and integration requirements.
- Maintain risk documentation, exception records, control evidence, and governance reporting while continuously improving intake processes.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, AI, cybersecurity trends, regulatory requirements, and industry control frameworks
- Translate business requirements into security and compliance recommendations that enable timely technology decisions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts through presentations, decision papers, and executive-facing materials.
- Facilitate collaboration across IT architecture, infrastructure, business teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Support vendor assessments, RFPs, technical evaluations, and solution reviews.
- Contribute to cross-functional IT projects by identifying dependencies, risks, and process improvements.
- Work effectively in agile, global project environments with multiple priorities and tight timelines.
How you will create an impact:
- Lead and further develop Simon-Kucher’s global ESG engagement ecosystem, including our international ESG Captains network, ensuring alignment of local initiatives, volunteering activities, donations, and social impact programs with the firm’s ESG strategy.
- Own and continuously develop Simon-Kucher’s global pro-bono portfolio, including partner management, project governance, impact measurement, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, foundations, and other external partners to maximize social impact and create meaningful engagement opportunities for our employees.
- Design and implement global employee engagement initiatives that strengthen ESG awareness, foster a culture of responsibility, and encourage participation in sustainability and social impact activities across the firm.
- Lead the planning and execution of global ESG-related events and campaigns, including initiatives such as our annual Impact Week.
- Define, track, and evaluate engagement and social impact KPIs, ensuring transparent measurement of outcomes and continuous improvement of programs and initiatives.
- Contribute to the annual ESG reporting process by providing program data, impact assessments, and stakeholder insights related to employee engagement and social impact activities.
- Independently manage strategic ESG projects and initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, stakeholder alignment, timely execution, and measurable impact.
Your profile:
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree in Sustainability, ESG, Corporate Responsibility, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.
- You bring at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, corporate citizenship, or social impact functions, including hands-on responsibility for ESG-related programs, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, or reporting activities.
- You have at least 3 years of experience independently managing global or multi-country ESG programs, stakeholder networks, or engagement initiatives or social impact activities.
- You possess a strong understanding of ESG principles, social impact frameworks, and sustainability-related reporting and measurement.
- You have experience collaborating with nonprofit organizations, foundations, social enterprises, or other impact-focused partners.
- You are skilled at managing stakeholders across functions, geographies, and organizational levels and can independently drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
- You are a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated commitment to sustainability and social impact.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
