Job Responsibilities
- Plan, set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Monitor campaign performance and make timely adjustments to improve results
- Analyse advertising data and identify areas for improvement
- Test different audiences, creatives, placements and campaign strategies
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are properly monitored
- Identify advertising issues and recommend practical solutions
- Prepare simple performance updates and communicate findings to the team
- Work closely with the team to support marketing objectives and campaign requirements
- Assist with basic advertising copy when required
- Ensure advertisements comply with Meta’s advertising policies and relevant guidelines
Job Requirements
- Practical experience managing Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram
- Able to monitor, analyse and optimise advertising campaigns
- Independent, responsible and comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to learn, improve and adapt based on campaign performance
- Basic advertising copywriting knowledge is an advantage but not compulsory
- Experience in education, financial education or a related industry is an added advantage
- Able to communicate effectively in Malaysia’s three main languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, for team communication and marketing-related tasks.
Hybrid Working Arrangement
After successfully completing the probation period, suitable employees may be considered for a Hybrid working arrangement, potentially requiring only one day per week in the office.
Eligibility will depend on the employee’s work performance, ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision, independent thinking, problem-solving skills, communication and the company’s operational arrangements.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
