Responsibilities

- Process orders, forms, applications, and payments accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
- Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred; familiarity with client services is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse populations.
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,746.41 - $65,092.45 per year
