Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for our IT services and software solutions in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their business and technology requirements.
- Promote and sell IT services and software solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate with clients and successfully close business deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
- Experience in IT services, software, SaaS, or technology sales is required.
- Proven experience in new client acquisition and closing deals.
- Good knowledge of the UAE/Dubai business market.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
