Job Description
Skill Quotient is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive / Freelance Recruiter to support our recruitment activities across the European region.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial recruitment, particularly for Sales, Business Development and Pre-Sales positions within the SaaS, Software Sales or IT Services sectors.
You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, assessing and coordinating with qualified commercial talent across Europe and managing recruitment activities from sourcing through closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Business Development and Pre-Sales positions.
- Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies across European markets.
- Conduct talent mapping and identify high-quality commercial professionals.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks and other relevant channels.
- Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements, experience and commercial capabilities.
- Engage and build relationships with prospective candidates across Europe.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Support successful offer management and candidate closure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience within the EU/European region.
- Proven experience recruiting for Sales, Business Development and Pre-Sales roles.
- Experience in SaaS, Software Sales or IT Services recruitment is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Ability to identify, engage and assess strong commercial talent across Europe.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, candidate engagement and stakeholder-management skills.
- French, German or Spanish language skills will be an advantage.
