Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations at the assigned hospital unit.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave and employee records.
- Coordinate recruitment and joining requirements with the Recruitment Team.
- Manage employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular HR rounds and maintain employee engagement.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, overtime and statutory requirements.
- Support performance management, confirmation and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs and company guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS and reports.
- Coordinate with HODs and management on employee-related matters.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setup.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
- Telugu, Hindi, English - All 3 language proficiency
- Good coordination, adaptability & problem-solving skills
