Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Recruit doctors, nurses, technicians, paramedical, administrative and support staff.
- Coordinate with HODs and management for manpower requirements and interviews.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, vacancy tracker and hiring reports.
- Manage job portals, consultants, references, campus hiring and other sourcing channels.
- Ensure timely closure of critical and regular vacancies.
- Monitor recruiter performance, TAT and offer-to-joining ratio.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
