Key Responsibilities
A. Technical & Engineering Responsibilities
- Perform power system studies including:
- Load flow analysis
- Short circuit analysis
- Protection coordination studies
- Arc flash studies (if applicable)
- Evaluate system performance for substations, transmission, and distribution networks.
- Develop and review single line diagrams (SLD) and power system schematics.
- Specify and review electrical equipment ratings such as transformers, switchgear, breakers, and protective devices.
- Review vendor technical submissions and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and recommendations.
B. Standards, Compliance & Safety
- Ensure designs and studies comply with:
- Philippine Electrical Code (PEC)
- IEC / IEEE standards
- Utility, client, and regulatory requirements
- Support system safety, reliability, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Assist in securing approvals from clients, utilities, or regulatory bodies when required.
C. Project Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with design engineers, project engineers, and construction teams.
- Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in project meetings, technical reviews, and site inspections.
- Address technical clarifications and system issues promptly.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in power system analysis or design
- Experience in power utilities, EPC, or construction projects is preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficient in power system software such as ETAP, SKM, DIgSILENT, or equivalent
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay: Php15,800.09 - Php72,095.60 per month
Work Location: In person
