We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will transform concepts into intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and elegant design solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to bring digital projects to life, ensuring designs are user-friendly and visually appealing.
Job Duties
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital projects.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Conducting user experience workshops and focus group discussions to understand clients' design requirements/ Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
- Able to produce elegant design mockup and present design concepts during pre-sales presentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree related in Arts, Multimedia and Graphic Design
- Minimum 4 year of experience in web and mobile application.
- Proven record of the Product UX designs.
- Experience establishing and analysing UX metrics.
- Experience with end-to-end research projects; from defining goals and objectives, developing scripts or interview guides, conducting fieldwork, analysing results, and sharing insights with the Product team.
- Good in any of the designing tools (Sketch, Invision, Principle, Framer, Flinto, Figma, Azure, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Web, Androi, IOS)
- Familiar with agile development methodology and be able to collaborate with different stakeholders in the project to ensure the best user experience of the application.
- Strong communications and presentations skills with stakeholders at all levels.
