Join our dynamic offshore service organization as an Advanced Operations Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance and operational activities for a designated wind farm. Imagine being the central point for short-term planning, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication to enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity on-site.
You will manage daily and weekly work schedules for technician teams, conduct morning briefings on tasks and weather conditions, and dispatch teams with the necessary tools and documentation. Collaborating closely with Senior Technicians and long-term planners, you will adapt plans based on real-time conditions and ensure all activities are accurately logged in the ERP system. Your exceptional organizational skills and clear communication will be vital in navigating the challenges of this role, all while upholding Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Conduct daily briefings and debriefings with technician teams to communicate work schedules, weather conditions, and safety protocols.

Dispatch technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the correct instructions, tools, and materials for scheduled tasks.

Monitor real-time work progress, maintaining contact with team leaders on-site to address issues and track completion.

Develop and maintain daily and weekly work plans in collaboration with Senior Technicians and Operational Planners.

Report service schedule progress and key operational updates to site management and the customer.
What You Bring

Secondary Education or vocational training, combined with relevant experience as a Service Coordinator, Planner, or in a similar operational scheduling role.

Professional skills in maintenance planning, service coordination, and team collaboration, with a strong ability to handle a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP/Oracle Systems, with a solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.

Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders.

Availability to work a 4 days on-4 days off rotation shift
