As an AI Implementation Specialist, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, agents, copilots, and automated workflows that help teams work smarter and more efficiently. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with a strong consulting mindset to turn innovative ideas into scalable solutions. You will also champion AI adoption by helping colleagues understand what is possible and enabling them to realize the full potential of emerging technologies. How You’ll Make an Impact

Identify, design, and implement AI use cases that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and deliver measurable productivity gains.

Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows that support business objectives.

Drive AI adoption through training sessions, workshops, and hands-on coaching for business teams.

Ensure AI solutions comply with Siemens Energy standards, AI governance requirements, InfoSec guidelines, and release processes.

Develop scalable and reusable AI solutions while continuously introducing innovative capabilities and new ways of working.
What You Bring
-
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, OpenAI technologies, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.

Fluent English skills; experience with enterprise AI deployments, AI governance, cybersecurity, compliance requirements, and change management is considered an advantage.
