As a Senior Project Manager & Subregion Coordinator, you'll combine hands-on project leadership with regional coordination responsibilities, driving successful customer deliveries and fostering collaboration among Project Managers across the subregion.

How You'll Make an Impact

Lead complex customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and project handover.

Act as the primary customer interface, managing stakeholder relationships, risks, opportunities, and project performance.

Coordinate activities across customers, engineering teams, suppliers, factories, and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive successful outcomes in cost, quality, schedule, and safety.

Coordinate and support Project Managers within the Nordic subregion, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistent project execution.

Channel iniatives and consolidate information.

What You Bring

-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related technical field.

-
Minimum 5 years of project management experience within energy, industrial, infrastructure, or other technically complex environments.

-
Experience with managing customer-facing projects with responsibility for cost, schedule, quality, and risk.

-
Strong technical understanding and the ability to lead discussions involving complex engineering challenges.

-
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

-
Fluent English and at least one Scandinavian language, both written and spoken.
