About The Role
We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join our team!
Practice Plus Group is the UK’s leading independent provider of NHS services to patient in Secure Environments – prisons, immigration removal centres (IRCs) and non-custodial services, and Integrated Urgent Care - NHS 111, Out-of-Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment Centres (CAS).
Hours:
This is a full time role - working 37.5 hours per week.
Monday - Friday: core office hours
Salary:
You'll recieve an annual salary up to £38,000 depending on expereince
Location:
Cholchester Office - Brunel Court
Hybrid working (after probationary period) & National travel required - dependent on projects

What you'll be doing
As our new Junior IT Project Manager , some of your duties will include:
- Support the wider IT Service Delivery Team in coordinating, tracking and documenting Project Management activity - while ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 20000
- Ensure operational readiness (OR) and service transition plans (documentation, training, support models, SLAs).
- Conduct Project status reports and post-implementation review as required.
- Maintain accurate and up to date Project Plans
- Maintain process documentation: policies and procedures where applicable
- Own reports; present status reports as required

As our new Junior IT Project Manager , you will:
- ITIL® 4 Foundation or above, ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation or above, PRINCE2® - preffered
- Strong expereince in Microsoft 365
- Core PM Basics: Understanding project phases, note-taking, task tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Ownership & accountability; calm under pressure and adept at decision-making.
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Sharepoint site structure, permissions and content management concepts
