WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Management and coordination of the company vehicle fleet and transportation activities
- Monitoring vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, inspections and legal compliance requirements
- Coordination of vehicle servicing, repairs, registrations and insurance documentation
- Ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective use of company vehicles
- Organization and execution of transportation activities for employees, visitors, materials and business-related requirements
- Monitoring fuel consumption, mileage and fleet-related costs
- Maintaining accurate vehicle records, reports and documentation
- Support in logistics and operational transport activities when required
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, road safety regulations and internal procedures
- Communication and coordination with internal departments and external service providers
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed secondary education or comparable qualification
- Previous professional experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics or driver-related activities is advantageous
- Valid driving license category B; additional categories are considered an advantage
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Reliable, responsible and service-oriented way of working
- Independent and self-reliant way of working
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet administration is considered an advantage
- Willingness to business travel and flexible working hours if required
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Romanian; English language skills are considered an advantage
