As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires careful planning of neural network configurations and managing extensive datasets to ensure the models perform effectively. Collaboration with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals and continuous refinement of model architectures to enhance natural language processing outcomes are key aspects of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Lead the development and optimization of language model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.

- Mentor and guide team members to foster technical growth and ensure alignment with best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Strong expertise in neural network design and parameter tuning for natural language processing applications.

- Experience handling and processing large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.

- Ability to evaluate model performance and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

- Familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques in language model development and deployment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
