Additionally, the role includes designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback to ensure processes evolve and improve over time, fostering a dynamic and responsive operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to identify process bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on process improvements and project goals.

- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.

- Strong knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques within enterprise environments.

- Experience in designing and optimizing business workflows to support organizational objectives.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Familiarity with data quality management and process automation tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
