- Valid Philippine driver's licence with a clean driving record and no major traffic violations
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience in road transport or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic patterns
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan efficient routes
- Professional communication skills and a courteous, respectful demeanour
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
- Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- A positive attitude with a commitment to safety and customer service excellence
- Preferably, experience with vehicle GPS systems and modern communication devices
- Valid Comprehensive Driving Programmes (CDP) certification or similar defensive driving course is advantageous
