- Daily Operations: Supervise store opening and closing, manage shift activities, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing shop floor.
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks, train new associates, monitor performance, and motivate staff to deliver great customer service.
- Customer Service: Greet shoppers, resolve complaints quickly, and model exemplary conduct for other team members.
- Inventory & Sales: Track stock levels, assist with merchandising displays, and support strategies to reach sales goals
