Epik Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer with a strong background in physical security technologies and enterprise solution design.
Location: Mexico City
Work arrangement: On-site
Language requirement: Advanced English — bilingual position
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Engineering
- Expertise in physical security, access control, video surveillance, or biometrics
- Experience with VMS/PACS platforms such as Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, LenelS2, AMAG, or Software House
- Proven ability to deliver technical demonstrations, presentations, solution designs, and customer POCs
- Experience integrating security solutions with IP cameras, VMS, access control, and related systems
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills and experience supporting enterprise sales opportunities
