YOUR IMPACT
You will lead a high-performing office services team and oversee day-to-day operations to deliver consistently excellent colleague and visitor experiences.
You will manage team performance, day-to-day office operations, and budget planning to ensure services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and to a high standard. This includes overseeing office services budgets, guiding and supporting junior team members, helping resolve operational questions or escalations, and providing direction beyond your immediate team when broader office services support is needed.
Your work will help create a smooth, professional, and well-supported office environment where colleagues can focus on serving clients and collaborating effectively. You will also contribute to regional initiatives, share local operational insights, and support evaluation activities that help strengthen standards and consistency across offices.
You will be based in Singapore as part of our Office Services team. The team plays an important role in enabling a productive, welcoming, and high-quality office experience through strong service delivery, operational discipline, and close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 5+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and see work through to completion in a complex and largely autonomous environment
- Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning, with the ability to create clear, practical, and work product-focused materials and outputs
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and firm-related tools (SharePoint, Slack), with the ability to operate key office equipment such as printers, binding machines, and video conference equipment
- Ability to work independently and entrepreneurially, managing priorities and deadlines effectively while remaining calm and practical in crisis situations
- Ability to influence and direct colleagues, manage stakeholder needs, and communicate effectively with senior leaders while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to build and apply deep functional knowledge in office services, including process improvement, budget management, and practices that strengthen overall office and function effectiveness
- Ability to proactively strengthen team members’ functional and technical knowledge, including helping colleagues adopt relevant technologies and tools that enhance service delivery
- Proven ability to resolve complex or cross-functional service challenges, anticipate risks, remain calm under pressure, and coordinate timely, practical solutions with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ability to develop resources, communications, and best-practice guidance that make office services procedures easy to understand, navigate, and apply consistently
- Commitment to continuous improvement, service quality, compliance, and measurable outcomes, with the ability to scale effective solutions and share best practices across teams or offices
- Strong verbal, written, and digital-ready communication skills in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adapt style and messaging for different audiences, formats, perspectives, and seniority levels
