- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare process flows, user stories, reports, and documentation.
- Support UAT, testing, and project implementation.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Degree in Business, IT, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL/Power BI is an advantage.
