Job Title: SmartStream TLM Consultant
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SmartStream TLM Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support reconciliation solutions using the SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in banking and capital markets operations, trade and cash reconciliations, and hands-on expertise with SmartStream TLM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, develop, and support SmartStream TLM reconciliation solutions.
- Manage cash, securities, trade, and Nostro reconciliations.
- Customize TLM workflows, rules, and exception management processes.
- Perform system integration, testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and technology stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot reconciliation issues and optimize platform performance.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and process automation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in banking, capital markets, or financial technology.
- Hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM / TLM Premium.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes and post-trade operations.
- Experience with SQL/PL-SQL, Oracle, Unix/Linux environments.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, cash management, and securities operations.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with TLM Recon, TLM Control, TLM WebConnect, Smart Studio, and Design Studio.
- Exposure to automation, scripting, or Python.
- Experience working with global banking or financial services organization
