What you'll be working with
- Claude Code and Claude Cowork (our primary tools)
- ChatGPT
- Workflow tools and APIs connecting our project, CRM and accounting systems
What you'll be doing
- Automating repetitive construction admin — quotes, variations, progress reports, checklists
- Building and testing AI-driven workflows, then documenting them
- Turning messy project files, emails and spreadsheets into clean, automated processes
- Working directly with the director and project team to find what's worth automating
- Fixing workflows when they break
Who we're looking for
- Completed (or currently studying) IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- Basic understanding of programming logic — any language
- Genuinely interested in AI tools and how far they can be pushed
- Strong written English; you'll be prompting and documenting all day
- Detail-oriented, and honest when something isn't working
- Available 9:00am–6:00pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday
- Reliable internet and a working computer
Bonus, not required
Python or JavaScript basics, REST APIs, n8n or Zapier, any personal AI projects, or exposure to construction or trades.
