Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of professional experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and modern UI design trends. You will work closely with project manager, developers, and stakeholders to create engaging and seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Conduct user research and translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across all products.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs based on usability and business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems, and Prototyping.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, layout, and spacing.
- Ability to create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
