Logo Production & Logistics Coordinator
Full Time – Shop Operations
We are seeking a hands-on Logo Production & Logistics Coordinator to manage core apparel customization processes and supply chain flow in our shop environment. Full training is provided for all specialized equipment and operational tasks.
Company Description: Fine Designs is a global company with offices across the US, Canada, and Europe. We service various sporting events by going onsite as the official event merchandise vendor, customizing a variety of apparel on-site.
Compensation: $20 per hour to start.
Position Description (Training provided for each task):
- Custom Apparel Production: Print logo transfers using DTF machines, and operate embroidery equipment and heat presses to manufacture logos and finished garments.
- Supply & Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, maintain studio supplies, and manage logo stock to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.
- Shop & Equipment Care: Oversee, clean, and maintain technical shop equipment while keeping the overall workspace clean, safe, and organized.
- Logistics & Fleet Transport: Load, unload, clean, and maintain delivery vehicles, prepare outbound shipments, and transport equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully.
- Quick learner with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must submit to a pre-employment drug screening.
