Warehouse Coordinator
Full Time – Shop Operations
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. Full training is provided for all specialized tasks.
Company Description: Fine Designs is a global company with offices across the US, Canada, and Europe. We service various sporting events by going onsite as the official event merchandise vendor, customizing a variety of apparel on-site.
Compensation: $20 per hour to start.
Position Description (Training provided for each task):
- Stock & Inventory: Pack, package, and organize finished stock, apparel, and shirt bins for shipping and storage.
- Material Preparation & Production: Cut and prepare logos using specialized equipment, and print t-shirts using a heat press.
- Device Setup: Program and manage iPads used for operations and sales setup.
- Sample Creation & Organization: Assemble product samples for client displays/testing and maintain organized logo bin systems.
- General Operations: Follow standard operating procedures, adhere closely to instructions, and perform general shop operations tasks.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully.
- Quick learner with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must submit to a pre-employment drug screening.
