Customer Success Manager

Kingston Upon Thames (Hybrid - 3 days) l up to £55'000

We’re supporting an established B2B marketing and technology business as it expands its Customer Success team.

Following a major partnership with a global SaaS brand, the business is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support corporate clients and help ensure they get real value from the platform and service.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, managing a busy portfolio and joining a team at an exciting point of growth.

What’s in it for you?

- Join a growing Customer Success function with the support of an established, profitable business.

- Work on a high-profile partnership with a global SaaS brand.

- Own meaningful customer relationships and directly influence retention, adoption and client experience.

- Help shape processes and playbooks as the team grows.

- Work closely with senior commercial stakeholders in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage a portfolio of B2B corporate customers.

- Lead onboarding, training and ongoing customer-support conversations.

- Help clients understand how to get the most value from the product and service.

- Maintain a clear cadence of check-ins, touchpoints and account reviews.

- Identify risks, opportunities and customer needs early.

- Report on account health and activity to internal stakeholders.

- Work closely with commercial and partner teams to improve the customer journey.

What you need to be successful as a Customer Success Manager:

- Experience in Customer Success or client services or a customer-facing operational role.

- Confidence running video calls, onboarding sessions and platform walk-throughs.

- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships at once.

- A proactive approach to spotting issues and helping customers get value.

- Experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition or a related environment is advantageous

The key is that you understand how businesses hire - or can quickly understand a customer’s people and hiring needs - and can communicate clearly, build trust and stay on top of a busy workload.

If you want to join a business at the start of an ambitious growth phase - where you can help build the customer experience rather than simply inherit a finished process - this could be a standout next move.
