Job Role Manager - Marketing
Reporting to Chief Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities : Provide support for Marketing function of the Organization . Responsible for achieving sales targets.
1 Marketing & Sales Strategy -
- Design ethical Marketing strategy in consultation with Management so as to achieve the business goals.
- Develop and maintain cordial relations with current and prospect customer. Take initiative to develop new territories.
2 B2B Marketing-
- Encourage B2B sales activity through organizing corporate events & ensure corporate tie ups.
3 B2C Marketing-
- Prepare plan for developing client base in rural area & field promotion.
- Give action plan to Area Manager for branding & business development & ensure its completion.
4 Branding Activities
- Prepare plan for branding activities like News Paper ads, Hoarding, TV, Radio etc. Get the budget approved from Management for branding.
- Organize events in showroom & branch or participate in exhibitions at rural & urban area. Assign tasks to Area Manager & ensure its compliance.
5 Digital Marketing-
- Take initiatives & consistent efforts to promote our brand through social media. Prepare strategy for the same.
6 Promotion-
- Take continuous efforts to promote the brand through tele-calling, developing & organizing festivals & seasonal schemes.
- Design a campaign for brand promotion & prepare execution plan for the same.
7 Vendor Development & Coordination
- Develop vendors related to promotion activity, negotiate & finalize terms after approval from Management.
- Design promotional material in coordination with Agency.
- Maintain cordial relations with vendors.
8 Business Development-
- Identify various locations for business expansion. Report to Management & ensure expansion targets are achieved.
- Prepare expansion plans for all verticals of business like jewellery showroom & finance (BFPL).
9 Marketing Operation & Team Management-
- Define work systems/processes of Marketing department. Set up goals/responsibilities of Marketing team, monitor the performance of team and motivate to improve the performance.
- Understand training and development needs of team members and provide appropriate guidance /resources.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve performance and effectiveness. Take initiatives for self development.
- Conduct periodical review meeting with team and identify areas of improvement.
10 MIS Reporting
- Compile and provide daily/weekly reports to Management in the provided format.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
