What you’ll achieve
As a Global Supply Management Advisor, you will be responsible for providing procurement expertise to ensure optimized supply chain strategies across multiple programs.
You will:
Orchestrate end-to-end global supply chain operations by coordinating and integrating the flow of materials, components, and information among suppliers, manufacturing/operations sites, distribution networks, and customers across multiple regions
Drive strategic supply chain analysis to identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, resilience, and overall capabilities of the supply chain for both new product introductions (NPI) and existing product lines
Lead global material availability efforts by proactively coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional activities to prevent material shortages, respond swiftly to supply disruptions, and minimize exposure to excess and obsolete inventory
Partner with regional demand planning teams to align pre-production and production material requirements, manage worldwide and regional procurement strategies, and ensure comprehensive risk mitigation plans are developed and maintained for all identified supply chain vulnerabilities
Negotiate key supply terms with strategic suppliers, including lead times, capacity commitments, and other critical supply requirements, while clearly communicating the consolidated supply plan to internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support long-term business objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, supplier quality, total cost of ownership, and inventory turn to ensure supply chain targets are consistently met or exceeded

Essential Requirements
5 to 8 years of relevant experience
Excellent understanding of global supply chain, manufacturing footprint and logistics capabilities
Strong program and project management skills
Solid supply chain management expertise, negotiation and supplier evaluation skills
Deep market research and trends knowledge; as well as a sound understanding of business goals, strategies, and current industry trends
