Responsible for office clerical work performed under supervision and according to specific routines and policies. Duties include filing, running errands, handling mail, supplies, file materials, operating office equipment and staff support.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

New owner set-up and changes to existing owners in Owner Master as requested.

Assist with and support DO Analysts and Owner Relations response to inquiries.

Sort incoming mail for the Region, print reports, and distribute as requested.

Provide assistance on special projects as assigned by Supervisor to support Company goals.

Preparation of Division Orders and transmittal letters for new wells and transfer of interests requiring mass mailings.

-
Assist in set up of Lease Records files for acquisitions.

-
Assist in file organization and log creation for divestitures.

-
Set up Division Order and Lease Records files for new wells and new leases.

Verify information on executed Division Orders against Owner Master and update with any changes; verify in system that owner is in correct pay status; send information to Division Order Analyst when owner is placed in suspense.

File all Division Orders and Lease Records documents in the appropriate files.

-
Kofax/ABBYY and log leases and contracts.

Conduct business with the highest ethical standards; demonstrate decision-making skills that ensure the safety of all persons associated with SM facilities.

Other duties as assigned.

Computer/Software Applications:

-
Basic level of skill in Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge and willingness to learn company specific computer software and applications including SAP, Quorum and Kofax/ABBYY applications.

Role-Specific Technical Knowledge & Skills

-
Developing knowledge of Land Administration functions and processes.

Experience/Education:

-
High school diploma required.

-
Minimum of 4 year of clerical experience
