Key Responsibilities
- Functional Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements for Supply Chain Management processes.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules with sound knowledge of setup documents such as BR100, MD.050, etc.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents, and Test Scenarios.
- Conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions and provide end-user training.
- Work closely with technical teams on Integrations, Reports, OTBI, BI Publisher, and extensions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide oversight of AMS (Application Management Services) support being managed by provider
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and conduct impact assessments.
Drive stakeholder management and apply strong analytical skills to deliver effective SCM solutions.

- Technical Skills
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules – Supplier Item Management, Qualification Management, Procurement, RSSP, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and BIP Reports.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM setup documents including BR100, MD050, and related documentation standards.
- Proficiency in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents, and Test Scenarios.
- Good understanding of OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics tools.
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations, custom extensions, and cross-functional technical delivery.
- Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud quarterly update cycle and impact assessment methodology.
- Sound understanding of industry-standard frameworks and best practices in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in relevant field with 6- 8 years of relevant experience
- Required Experience
- Overall 8-10 years of experience in Finance Systems including 5-6 years in Oracle Fusion SCM Functional modules
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations across Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain modules.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
