Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner with 15–20 years of experience in technical project and product management, with strong expertise in enterprise data, ETL, reporting, and analytics solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, ETL, and data warehousing, combined with strong Agile product ownership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data, ETL, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Manage solutions built on SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities and translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to drive successful Agile delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business users to deliver scalable data integration and analytics solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, performance, and operational reliability across delivered solutions.
- Provide leadership and coordination during SIT, UAT, production releases, and issue resolution.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues, and competing priorities.
- Communicate delivery progress, outcomes, product roadmap, and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of data, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15–20 years of experience in technical project management and product management.
- Strong experience with ETL and data warehousing.
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Proven experience in Agile product ownership and backlog management.
- Strong ability to create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
- Experience working with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of data quality, governance, and operational reliability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing SIT, UAT, production releases, risks, and dependencies.
