Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Ansible Developer to develop internal automation tools for Production Support teams. The role combines Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), GitHub Actions, Ansible, Python, and infrastructure automation to improve email processing and server/container operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-based automation tools for email triage and management
- Build and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for CI/CD
- Develop Ansible playbooks for Linux/Windows server and container configuration
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into production support workflows
- Develop automation solutions using Python, YAML, and shell scripting
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
- Provide Level-3 (L3) support for automation tools and frameworks
- Support server and container operations using Docker and Kubernetes
- Integrate and maintain email processing solutions using MIME and SMTP APIs
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support incident and problem management processes
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum development and delivery activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation
- Experience developing LLM-integrated applications using technologies such as GPT or BERT
- Strong Ansible automation experience for Linux/Windows servers and containers
- Proficiency in Python, YAML, and shell scripting
- Experience with email parsing and processing systems, including MIME and SMTP APIs
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
- Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure
- Strong production support and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with infrastructure compliance requirements
- Knowledge of incident and problem management
- Experience with Splunk and AppDynamics
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Experience with enterprise automation and AI governance
