Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of project management experience, strong hands-on experience working in Agile environments, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion while serving as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing team impediments, and ensuring effective collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, timelines, and overall performance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Track project budgets and resource allocation to ensure delivery within approved timelines and budgets.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements are maintained.
Scrum Master / Agile Leadership
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure teams understand and follow Scrum principles, Agile practices, and organizational processes.
- Identify and remove impediments that may affect team productivity or sprint delivery.
- Protect the team from unnecessary external distractions and help maintain a productive working environment.
- Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective ways of working.
Stakeholder Management
- Provide regular project status updates, including progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business teams, leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate decision-making and help resolve conflicts effectively.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams toward successful project outcomes.
- Mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, ownership, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Support teams in identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased delivery efficiency.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience with project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery management.
Required Certification
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
- Experience working with distributed/remote Agile teams is preferred.
- Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
