About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Performance Tester to join the Create+ team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance testing of web applications and be comfortable working in a modern technology environment involving C#, React and AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts and test scenarios.
- Analyse performance results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot performance issues.
- Validate application performance across different environments and workloads.
- Prepare performance test reports and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders.
- Support performance testing as part of the overall QA and release process.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in QA Performance Testing.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Gatling or similar.
- Experience testing web applications.
- Good understanding of API, database and application performance testing.
- Experience working with C#/.NET, React and AWS environments.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, bottleneck analysis and root-cause investigation.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience testing Microsoft Word Add-ins, particularly Office/Word integrations.
- Experience with cloud-based performance testing and AWS services.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Automation/scripting experience.
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
