Duties

- Lead the planning, setup, and management of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels
- Oversee website management using content management systems like WordPress and ensure optimal website performance through SEO best practices and technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic
- Manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement through email marketing and targeted content
- Analyze web analytics reporting using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions
- Coordinate creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and content creation that resonates with diverse audiences
- Drive social media marketing efforts by managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to boost brand visibility
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user experience enhancements on digital assets
- Lead a team of marketing professionals in executing digital campaign setups focused on performance marketing and paid search marketing strategies for B2B or B2C audiences
Skills
- Extensive experience with SEO tools, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics reporting
- Proficiency in digital marketing campaign setup including paid advertising campaign management across multiple channels
- Strong knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website management and technical optimization
- Expertise in social media management including social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation that captures audience attention
- Deep understanding of conversion optimization techniques to maximize ROI from digital campaigns
- Proven ability to analyze marketing data through analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments and improve performance metrics
- Excellent copywriting skills for compelling content development across various formats including email marketing campaigns
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales funnels to support revenue growth initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams focused on digital campaign management and performance marketing
