We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Setup Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, consulting clients on business setup options, and converting enquiries into successful company formation and related service sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation in the UAE.
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable business setup solutions.
- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate with clients when required.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with PRO and government service teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Assist clients with services such as trade licence, visa, bank account opening, Ejari, VAT and corporate tax registration.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales in the CRM.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE business setup, company formation, corporate services or a related field.
Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone business setup procedures.
Proven sales and client-handling skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Good English communication skills; Arabic or other languages will be an advantage.
UAE experience is preferred.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
