This temporary opportunity is ideal for individuals who are organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to support the delivery of a critical national assessment process. This is an entry level position
To be eligible for this role, you must have finished high school or no longer be enrolled in high school.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative assistance to the exam delivery teams
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone and email queries from schools as needed
- Keep accurate records
- Support logistical arrangements for exam centres
- Perform other duties as required
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A flexible and reliable approach to work during peak periods
- This is not a hybrid role. You will work either in our Wellington or Petone office.
- Knowledge of MS Suite an advantage.
Duration
On a casual/as-required basis from September 2026 to February 2027 (exact dates to be confirmed and can vary depending on the nature of tasks involved).
